The company at the time of issuing the policy does not deploy professionals to assist you with filling in your information correctly. The procedure is very haphazardly done over a phone call and thereafter the company misuses the loopholes created by them to swindle people of their hard-earned money. I would not recommend this Insurance Company to anybody.

Their agents are polite but clueless. Even after 3 calls I am unable to renew my car insurance . After holding my call for 20 minutes they disconnected. Long on claims short on performance.

Its Fake & Chor company.When they sell policy that time they do big promises, but when customer send any health claim that time they ask out of subject documents. They have no any policy & procedure. Dont buy any policy from HDFC ERGO. This company Doctor (medical team) DEMAND MONEY for Claim settlement.

It has been a nice experience with HDFC ERGO two wheeler insurance policy. Things I like about HDFC ERGO are their fastest claim settlement, road side assistance and low cost premium. Last month, I met with an accident while i was driving my bike. My bike got crashed with another car and the car was damaged badly from rear. Thanks to HDFC ERGO who saved my money and made a settlement with the car owner otherwise I had to pay that big amount.
