In 2014 end I was diagonized with L5 S1 disc degeneration and was in a lot of pain and in depression since I could not do any of my outdoor activities which I was passionate about like trekking, motorcycling in HImalayas and Rock climbing (I had to leave my job to just try and relax and find out what to do next).
