Slow Service, though it was good but was exhausting and tedious. Dont have the essentials. Would have given lesser stars but giving more for the effort they took to solve my problem

worst service ever , i trusted sony but not any more bcz of such service centers , every customer has issue with them ,still i kept my faith but they cant even find fault in my laptop keep on delaying. and lien ,made me have futile journeys to their shop and in the end i paid service fee took my laptop back without any improvement and get it done by other repair shop ,they suck unproffesional people

They are thieves, SONY does not believe in the concept of repair, something is wrong change the entire panel. It is like buying the entire TV again. Plus they would do everything at their disposal to deprive you of warranty! Suggest never buy SONY LED TVs.
