I went to the Ghatkopar R-city store. As soon as I entered, it smells wonderful. Reception people are polite and helpful to choose the services. The massage therapist Biak was great.I also got some discount. Shower room was very spacious and comfortable. Professionally handled.great ambiance.Place is clean. Everything was wonderful.Will be back ,when I am in Ghatkopar.

It was excellent when started but last two times had a horrible experience. Staff keeps on changing ,new girls who gives massages have no experience, hot water in bathroom not coming, water logging in bathroom , steam also not up to the mark . Overall very bad experience
