Rupesh MestaWorst logistic agency i have ever dealt with. Worst communication from UPS team. No one is bother at all. No one picks the calls right from ground lever to senior lever. This will be my 1st and the last dealing with UPS.

First Impressionterrible, do not answer phone calls, been a UPS customer for 15 years and regret giving them buisness, goods are held up for a month, call them 10 times a day and no one picks up the phone, all india manager abhishek almeda, arjun , rupali and rest of staff just do not answer, never experienced such horrible customer service, will definitely stop using them from now on, anyone who uses UPS be prepared for customer cancellations and abuses from their clients for not meeting delivery schedules

Kanchan Rajdathe worst service provider ...have a parcel that has arrived on the 15th of June to mumbai but still not delivered to us in kolkata.. thet claim its a custom clearance issue due to GST.. been trying to call them in the mumbai jogeshwari office.. no one answers the phone ..asked them to send an official mail saying that the delay is all their fault they sent an informal one line mail ..highly unprofessional people.. TNt and dhl are far better express couriers ...would recommend not to use Ups .
