Nooruddiin AmrravatiwalaNext door’s to Cafe Royal and right opp. Regal Cinemas , Bombay Vintage is a mix of modern and vintage. Modern in it’s menu which is a mix of continental cuisine n modern Indian food and vintage when it comes to it’s decor. The lower level has just a couple of tables n the bar area and is more of a pub. The upper level is more chilled out area to have a relaxing time with retro or jazz music playing. The place is decked up with vintage picture frames n wall clocks, old telephones and camera and even an old typewriter etc. This gives it a pretty nice old world charm. We were seated near the small semi circle window and I could see the world pass us by as we enjoyed the evening with their On going Sangria Festival and the good food. The sangria’s one an Apple based with red wine and the other a watermelon sangria with white wine were really good. Do visit this place for the sangria fest and you won’t be disappointed. Food we ordered Chicken fusion kebab with three types of chicken tikka Malai, Hariyali and Achari . The marination of all the types was good. Chicken vada Pao sliders and the Neer Dosa Chicken sukka roll. Both the other dishes were good and the dips that came along with them were nice and went well with the dishes. Also ordered the Sabudana Croquettes which is a twist to our Sabudana vadas. They weren’t as crispy but they had a good taste. The veg vada Pao which was real nice to the taste but the bun was a bit dry. Also on recommendation of the chef ordered their Aloo ki Tokri which was grilled potatoes filled with a mix of cottage cheese and capsicum. Recommend this dish as it’s a far better choice for vegetariansthan the standard paneer tikka all the time. After trying out the starter’s we ordered only one main dish and that was their Continental Pao Bhaji . Their take on this all time favorite dish of mumbaikar’s is that the bhaji is made of exotic veggies like broccoli and basil and served with baked strips of the foccacia herb bread. This mini meal was a good discovery but still nothing beats the authentic taste of the real Pao Bhaji. But if you’re in the mood to experiment then go ahead order this as well as you can try their Pao Bhaji English Pizza or the Sabudana Rissotto. Am sure they too will have their little twists.( We did not try the last two dishes , but if we in the mood we might give it a try next time) For desserts we ordered the Jaggery pudding which was served with rabdi . The pudding was ok and you could give it a miss but the rabdi was good. Rating 3/5

Gunjan PabariTo go place in Colaba atleast once. Amazing ambience , different from regular restaurants . This place doesnt fail to give different good vibes. Tried pav bhaji pizza and Thai Biryani which was good enough. Bar serves happy hours .

BHANUPRATAP SINGH RATHORManagement is helpful to select your choice for dinning and lounge. Not that much expensive as expected in colaba area.
