Be aware of LT online. Had very pathetic experience with them. They are not able to ship the order after six days of payment. I requested for a cancellation. Now they are charging 5% cancellation fee. The are also charging the shipping fees even though they have to shipped it yet. Very rude behavior by the customer care people. I have logged a complaint against them in the consumer court.

Very good shopping experience, competitive pricing, genuine products. Multiple shipping options provided at different rates.. the one I chose, has delivered it at slowest possible speed (not a fault of Lt, but they can assess good logistics providers and exclude non performing ones)

The price of the products are quite less than other online stores. But it charges Rs.80 or above for the courier services with some additional charges, which makes the price almost similar like others. Packing is good. Overall average service.

Unreliable & took long time in processing of return. Until you follow up personally it will ignore as if customer has forgotten. Also it takes long times to reach item when purchase. For timely arrive purchase, this is not the right site. We have purchasing items in several occasions but none of them arrived on time. It took minimum 14 and maximum even a month also. It took 4 days for processing of any purchase item. May be you have no stock item and resort into back to back order.

I face mony transaction. No customer help in phone. And the product delivery 100km distance from my home. The curiae tell me this area is no service. Your products well be return. Now product is good condition.

Firstly i was very happy with the service of LT online. but day by day while they growth their business the service qualilty turned worst. i am a regular customer of LT online. They take courrier charges from customer even bill crosses 10K. its fine they charged it. but dont understand why they take near about 1 month to make a product ship?? If you dont have stock why you take order?? i have placed an order on 09.07.17 amounting 3504/- but till today its not shipped. is this not harassment??? this is my recent experience. plz dont go for LTonline. Dear CEO D.M.Dhadhi, plz look this matter. this type of service quality destroy your business. Order Id - 17-18-103805.. Your Customer care Executive are also so unprofessional. I called several times . everytime they asked me "call you back within an hour & update status" . but they cheat. this is horrible experience. Its already 22 days i have placed order......
