Dear Dr. Saumil Kothari, As your very satisfied patient, I am writing to acknowledge, appreciate and express gratitude to you. Healing is a triangulating process where a lot of other aspects pool in their efforts with the medical professional to facilitate the healing! Patients suffering from ailments or worrying with some concerns usually walk in with fear and skepticism of what will happen next. As I entered with a moderate level of such fear of uncertainty, from my very first visit, the procedure of check-up has been smooth and convenient. The process of assessing every aspect required is so systematic and flawless. The patient never feel threatened or fear the assessment. After years of postponement, I could finally be convinced of agreeing to the lasik procedure at your hospital only. This adds a feather to the cap of your wonderful settings. My surgery has been a wonderful experience and I am glad to have chosen your fine hospital. There are a few specific aspects that I wish to acknowledge and appreciate here. The staff is kind and patient. The doctors and support staff are very humble and sensitive to the patients. One scope of improvement is that the nurses at the first-time entry reception could be more polite in conversing, especially to patients coming from a lower socio-economic background and the old and may have trouble filling up the form; however, with me they were informative and polite. As a nervous patient, the watchman at both the doors began stealing my fear away with their chivalrous welcome and smiling faces. I remember my exit after the surgery was so kindly facilitated by the watchman who helped me go out and take my cab. He was a thorough gentleman opening even the door of the cab for me. Also, just outside your cabin is one Mr. Vishal who is an excellent person to work with. He has been more than patient with my queries, requests and concerns. He has comforted my worries and responded to my questions with efficiency. He does deserve my appreciation, for he consistently dealt with every patient in the same calm manner, irrespective of the piling work. Notwithstanding the fact that the support of your staff is priceless to me, you were the key to my confidence. I would like to acknowledge and appreciate your method of working together with patients; your humility is a striking feature. The patience with which you respond to so many worrying concerns is commendable. And undergoing the surgery with you was so relieving (me and surgery have never met before owing to my fears). But your words of encouragement during the procedure kept me calm. The beauty of seeing the world perfectly as it is without the support of additional lenses is amazing. And I feel blessed to be able to do so again, courtesy your perfection and flawlessness. At the outset, my family and I express our heartfelt gratitude to you and also deeply appreciate all your work, social aid work, your staff and support staff. Please do share my appreciation with your staff for it would encourage them giving such a wonderful help to all the patients that walk out of your settings happily. Its a very small clinic and it is really badly maintained. The non doctor staff is seriously pathetic, they will give you an appointment for the doctor which you want but you will never meet that doctor and they will tell you to meet some other doctor you didnt take appointment for. Seriously pathetic. Some doctors as well are seriously incompetent that they would refer someother doctor, cuz they are not experienced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

My wife got bladeless lasik surgery done here by Dr.Saumil kothari. We had an excellent experience, dr.saumil is extremely patient, helpful and very humble to work with. We would recommend him for any eye concerns for any age group.
