They had home visit till i agreed to go for financial planning. Once the money was paid, the service level went down. The prepared plan then tried to convince me to move all my existing direct mutual fund plans under non-direct plans. Tried to sell me health insurance when declined both they stopped calling me, no periodic reviews that were promised when i had signed up. They are not financial planners who are interested in just planning. They are using financial planning as means to get commissions through various products they suggest as part of planning.
