A good experience with Capri Global Capital Ltd.: Their staff has been very good and coopertive. They give us good eligibilities and loan to value and also Good funding on Industrial property. It is good for self employed customers like us. I took a loan against property and the experience was far better as compared to other institutions. I am their customer from last some months and I don’t get promotional call from them , but at the same time they have dedicated relationship manager to take care of the needs. I have changed my review now, Bcoz Capri global company has called me and helped regarding my questions. Now i am taking loan from this company only on there positive response. Got information about that person who behaved very bad with me, he lost his job. Good for company...... Very good service.... The experience was very very very bad..... loan department people from mumbai are only wanted to complete there targets near month end any how, and if you ask them to wait for some papers to submit, there behaviour will be very rude and they will insult you also. Like i experienced saying " Give me your papers today in next 2 to 3 hours or our company is not interested to give loan to you from tomorrow" Even they are not ready to give charges explanation of paid 5000 at time of login. Very bad staff in goregoan mumbai office.
