YES BANK MULUND WEST BR., PROVIDED PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HV TWO FDS FOR RS. 1.5 LACS EACH, GIVEN TO THEM ON 9/11/16, RECEIPT FOR ONE IS SENT IMMEDIATELY, AND I AM YET TO GET RECEIPT FOR THE SECOND ONE (MORE THAN A MONTH) THE OFFICER SAYS THEY ARE TOO TIED UP WITH OTHER WORK, HENCE UNABLE TO ISSUE FD RECEIPTS. THE LADY EXECUTIVE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. ONLY LIP SERVICES PROVIDED, SAYING YOU WILL GET THE FD RECEIPT TOMORROW.....? NO ACTION. NOT WORTH DEALING WITH SUCH BANK
