The Hall was booked by me for reception from 5.00 P.m to 10.00 M on 7th December. The Hall Staircase and make up room Mains Supply was not Working . The Staircase being Main entrance to the hall we were using our mobile torch to walk . It was really Embarrassing Situation for us in front of the guests. Hall Management was not at all interested giving alternate arrangements Like holizons on Staircase , Alternate room for Bride make Up. Upon Insisting by us they give us the alternate room on 6.30 PM and Holizons on 9.30 PM. Due to this our Reception starts near about 8 which was supposed to be start at 6.00 Pm. Due to this our 30-40 Guests went without meeting the couple. Upon complaining the next Day the owner first of all did not have time to listen to us .After that he was shouting on me and my mother on phone . Please think before booking it as it is the most mismanaged Management. The above rating starts from 1(minimum Rating ) . I will give negative rating to this hall .
