Speed post timing Monday to Friday - 8am to 2pm Saturday - 8am to 1 pm For bill payments timing Monday to Friday - 8am to 1pm Saturday - 8am to 11am They accept payments related to reliance electricity bills, mahanagar gas bill. Note: they dont accept tata electricity bill for payment. All speed posts and bill payments accepted at 1 counter i.e multi purpose counter only. I dont know why people wait in such long queues for bill payment. Its now so easy to make online payments. (Note:Carry change for speed post or bill payments in advance to avoid any inconvenience.)
