Not at all professional. I was not given the floor mats of my new car on the day of delivery. I was told that it was not in stock and will be delivered to be by the end of that same week. After a lot of follow ups and calls I was told that the floor mats were already in my car at the time of delivery. Whereas me, my family and the sales consultant Mr. Atul clearly saw that there were not mats at all. The manager Mr. Sagar Kothari took the side of his accessories guy named Ravi and told me that floor mats were present in the car. After finding out that it was a mistake done by them they realized that the floor mats were not given to me. After 11 days from the delivery of my car I was given the floor mats. This kind of service is not at all acceptable from arya honda. The folow up was also not at all satisfactory. Would urge everyone to buy honda vehicles from other dealers as my experience was horrible.
