ss ssPoor first service, didnt get the car cleaned. Had to write to MD to get things done, guess this is how linkway works. Secondly getting reverse camera installation done took more than 5-6 calls and literally faced lot of hardship. Third they dont call, as if its your responsibility to call them and inquire. Its only after MD intervention things worked but had to waste my 2 days for first servicing ( Saturday and Sunday). Never to visit them back despite being a repeat customer to buy 2 honda. The only reason i went back to them was as they had the car available.

Amit RawatLinkway Honda Chandivali is one of the worst service centres of Honda I have come across in my life. They do every thing other then a good service. The only motive of the staff is to increase the service bill and for that they can go to any extent. They are liers, and not professional. Just to get my car into their service centre they have called me and told me about the various offers and discounts which was totally false when I actually spoke to the accounts department. Pathetic cleaning quality. Arrogant staff, do not give your car here for service.You will never feel that you car have come from service, do not send your car to this service centre.

Mahesh SawantI have been servicing my car for the last 4 years and no complaints whatsoever. They are on schedule and always up to the mark. Probably the best Honda dealers and service center in the city.
