New hotel, The stander rooms are spacious, and very clean. The executive room are luxury. Good location near the market and 5 -10 minutes away from Gateway of India. Wifi connection is poor.

I stayed there several years ago - in 2006 and I posted a fuller review with photos on Tripadvisor. I give it full marks because of the cleanliness, modern facility, and price. It was the only reasonably priced clean hotel I could find in Mumbai at the time. My complaints about it were very modest.
