Great location ... walking distance from gateway of India. Food is good. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are dated and quite small. Beds are small too. Room amenities are way too minimal and that too are not replenished on time. Overall , quality of service needs improvement.

Nice rooms, bathroom is well maintained, the area is nearby the sea and gateway of India. Good housekeeping.

On 27.07.2017 1. I hv to wait for 3 hrs to get room even i had advance booking from 9 AM. 2. I asked for washroom, same was refused till room is not given to me. Though they hv washroom at ground floor 3. If asked for hot water, they r very strict to provide same during morning only. +Ve.. they provide tasty food. But over all they really embaraced me..
