tanveer shaikhRecently bought Hyundai Creta Car from Modi Hyundai after long wait of 5months, The Sales team is extremely unprofessional and do not believe in customer service at all, The General Manager Ravi Swarrna has no time to respond to phone calls or emails even after multiple followups no wonder the team below is also least bother. At the time of Car delivery very cold response given, after spending more than a lakh on accessories incomplete job done, Car seats were not fixed properly after removal for interior work, half job done for 3M vinyl roof work whereas rear spoiler & antenna left incomplete without vinyl pasting, miscalculation done on balance amount to be paid. Had to ask for each and every document right from RC Book to Insurance policy, Sales executive demanding for higher rating in feedback for better incentive no matter whether customer is happy or unhappy with overall experience at Modi Hyundai. Must appreciate Vinod from Finance department who went out of the way to get finance for my car, such guys are truly worth appreciation who does justice to their job. Urge all potential buyers for Hyundai Car not even think of visiting Modi Hyundai for Car booking because of unprofessional sales team sitting out there including the GM of the showroom.
