Rutu MehtaI sent my car today which is a Hyundai I10. It has company fitted CNG. I took an appointment yesterday for CNG fitting servicing. Firstly I asked whether this will be in Prabhadevi. To this the concerned person taking my appointment "Sushila", confirms that. Based on that I took the appoinment for 11.30 am today. i live in nepeansea Road. However, she Sushila said that i will send you the exact address my sms which i didnt get. M driver along with my car almost reached Prabhadevi, so i called Sushila for the exact address, to which she sends me an address for Chembur, saying that servicing will only take place in Chembur. So i sent my car to the Chembur address. After reaching Chembur, I was informed that CNG fitting servicing will only take place in Bhiwandi. Why was i not informed right at the begining that this will only happen in Chembur before taking my appointment? To which the concerned person said that i didnt heard your querry correctly. This is not my fault, but it was a waste of my time and fuel. Such bad customer service......not appreciated.
