A Google UserI have purchased a Fedders lloyd 1.5 ton Window AC in the month of May 2008 at Chandigarh. I have recently complained to the call centre regarding a problem with the compressor. The complaint was lodged on Sunday 28th june 2009. They promised me that the engineer will vivit at the location before 6 PM on Monday. Since then nobody has bothered to attend the complaint or revert as to when they will attend to the complaint. Moreover the call centre executives do not even pick the phone. Extremely disappointed with the AFTER SALES SERVICES. DISGUSTING.
