Worst net connection. They take money from you for a higher speed connection but the speed is very low. Customer service is bad as well.

Network connectivity is not there from yesterday. Yesterday visited personally and registered the complaint but up till now no response. Also today morning reminded about the complaint on phone and no response.

Customer care numbers are never answered. whenever the line is down, their response mechanism is a total failure or nil. the personnel at customer care are rude and arrogant and there is no option to escalation of matters to higher ups... altogether very bad service.

Year 2016-2017 Experience is bad. Very Poor service..... Some employees are rude at night service.... first 6 months ---good internet connectivity. But after 6 months you have to followup for daily issues
