Pathetic Experience. They have no track of their collection fees. We paid our monthly charges but idiotic staff says they did not receive collection and stopped our services. Connection drops every 2nd day and you have to keep calling to get it repaired. Very low speed and poor handling.

Worst experience... Even after paying the service is unavailable... The moment it rains the internet stops... Instead of being aware about Thier pain areas they wait for customer to complain... Rather be proactive and check regularly if internet is working at all sites

Horrible Service provider! Their customer relations cell is very irresponsible and apathetic to customer needs. They never respond to phone calls / emails when their services go down. There is no escalation mechanism either.
