Faraz SayedThis was by far the BEST, FASTEST and the MOST EASY to-deal official government service ever. I had applied for a re-issue of passport under normal mode(not tatkal) on tuesday evening.. I got the appointment immediately for the next day(wednesday ) at 1pm and by friday afternoon at around 12:30pm i had my passport delivered at my address. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The overall service is just way beyond appreciation.

Rahul SinghThe service was fast and professional... and with a smile. And this was true even for the Govt officials manning the Verification and Granting counters. We were taken in at 10:15, and were out by 11:45. I would recommend opting for early morning slots, as delayed spillover would be less and you would finish faster. Ensure you have photocopies of all documents. Otherwise that wastes a few minutes. There is a photocopier in the premises. And you have to pay only ₹1 per copy. There is no parking near the PSK. Hence advisable to come by Taxi or public transport. Or, if you have a driver, by car. All in all a pleasant experience

Sohan GuravMy appointment, i.e. entering timing, was 1030 hrs. But I left the PSK premises at 1700 hrs. It took my whole day! But service was satisfactory.
