Well you need to plan a visit to this place well in advance. Any license work to be done here will most likely take your entire day. No one is polite or considerate to guide you straightaway. Very much rush and crowdy. No appropriate seatings or washrooms are available for citizens.

Transaport ministry has built a good online system for driving license application but the officers at RTO will pass only candidates coming through agent, even if they are not able to drive the vehicle properly. Direct candidates are failed intentionally and advised to come via agents.
