Firoz sir is ideal example of diligence persistence and he pushes you beyond your comfort zone, he has mix of workout which help to build ur strength to the core and endurance at the same time. His self defence techniques are well versed and help you discover yourself! I wish I could have met you early but nevertheless I am enjoying each session. One of the qualities I like is he is super humble and down to earth person. He is expertise in self defence technique and absolute good mentor and coach anyone can think off! Thank u sir

I not only improved my fitness but also learned some useful tricks on self defense i.e self defense with minimal physical exertion.

Robin Mathew JohnKick boxing session with Firoz Sir is just "Kick Ass"! If you go for any kind of classes and the teacher shows no interest in you, you dont enjoy the session. And thats exactly what I love the most about Ren Kickboxing. Firoz sir takes personal interest in you and makes the class super fun. People from so many far off places come for a session purely because of Firoz Sir. I highly recommend Ren Kickboxing Academy.
