Kunal ShahI visited the one at infinity mall Malad for fish pedicure with sons. My 10 year old made a slight noise as he felt ticklish and on counter was a rude lady who found this offending and asked to keep voice in check rudely. Absolutely nonsense behavior considering the situation.

pritam soneI went to the Ghatkopar R-city store. As soon as I entered, it smells wonderful. Reception people are polite and helpful to choose the services. The massage therapist Biak was great.I also got some discount. Shower room was very spacious and comfortable. Professionally handled.great ambiance.Place is clean. Everything was wonderful.Will be back ,when I am in Ghatkopar.

Neeta ShahIt was excellent when started but last two times had a horrible experience. Staff keeps on changing ,new girls who gives massages have no experience, hot water in bathroom not coming, water logging in bathroom , steam also not up to the mark . Overall very bad experience
