This is a fraud service Centre. They are not an authorized IFB service Centre and they have taken Rs 11,500, changed all the good parts with bad parts and still the machine is not working, so now they refuse to even return the money. This is a scam!

very bad, The fridge I purchased was so thirdclass one can not compare it with any other brand. the Door of it broked with in two years. the company man says that they dont have a person who can repair it so you have to get it repaired from out side,. Cooling of it is so bad that you cant keep milk like perishable items in it, they get spoiled. the company maintenance man who arrived after four days of lodging a complaint, said that due to warm season the cooling is less. all Rubbish. My wife was telling me to purchase the samsung or LG fridge but i chose this fridge. and made myself a fool. Please dont go for IFB items.
