This is the worst place ever to service your Merc. Firstly, they will take minimum 10 days to do any minor work in the car. Secondly, the service advisor will never call you. Thirdly, they are not polite. You will actually repent at the end of it. I would love to give a -1star if they had one.

It is a hell to send your car. They will ensure that you are looted royally . After sending my car for servicing in a good condition, they repaired my car and made me to spend one lac. Never send your car there, even if they say free service .
