These people r the worst service providers in this industry I have come across. Have moved my stuff many times by various service providers but Alfa is the worst. they damaged my Panasonic double door refrigerator with multiple dents on the front door and sides as well. There was a colour damage as well on the sides. Now these ppl are simply handing me over the ho number and asking to talk to them. Highly unprofessional staff especially the guy in Mumbai Virendra, not at all supportive. Also changed the rates 3 times within the transit. Never communicated whether the rates are inclusive if insurance charges or not. Now simply shedding themselves away from responsibility. If you have a little emotional attachment to your personal belongings never ever choose Alfa logistics as the partner. You will be doing a mistake.
