Satpal MannPlease avoid this freight forwarders, they seem very polite. They have cheated me of my advance paid to deliver my cargo to mauritius, Since 3 months i am communicating and finally they refused to pay. No choice but take the matter first to the freight forwarders association and if no recourse then legally sue them. AVOID.
