A beautiful old railway station. Very crowded. Visit he ticketing area of the suburban rail... I also strongly suggest looking up when you get to the station. Look at the pillars. If you are a regular at the station then pick a pillar and look at it carefully. Did you know that each pillar has a different and unique carving. This is because there was no single person doing the carving... The size of the block was given to JJ school of arts and each student was given one block.

This is a large museum showcasing objects related to the history of Indian rulers and religions. There is a section on European glassware as well. It takes a good 2.5-3 hours to look around and learn about all the things present over here. Mobile photography is permitted only after buying a ticket for it.

Week days are less crowded. Well maintained place . And quite a bit to see for people interested in ancient civilizations. Reasonable entry fee RS.85 and rs. 50 to use mobile camera ..

Nice collection of antique items. Pottery section is amazing. Do enjoy the stone age sculpture kept in corridor. Also visit the nature section.
