Yes he has all the knowledge abt pets.. Talks very friendly.. But please have ur own knowledge .. We bought a pet dog through him.. Before buying he gave us guarantee abt healthy puppy.. But within 2 days our puppy diagnosed with parvo virus.. He said now he is not responsible for that.. And also he suggested many things and medicines to buy from his stote which our dr said not to give.. Now our puppy in serious condition.. He didnt give any details abt puppy before buying and we also trusted him blindly as we didnt have any knowledge.. Be careful as finally it is the question of a innocent life and our valuable feelings.. For them it is money making business..
