Very warm and friendly staff. The gym has dedicated areas for cardio and weight training. Washrooms are always clean. Although, gets too crowded for my comfort at times.

All basic facilities are available. Not in the category of luxury gyms. But is pretty decent.

A chic gymnasium with adequate number of equipments. The place is good and has enough space. Timings for men and women are different. Talwalkars is pricey everybody knows that, but they do offer some really good training. Owning a personal trainer is way to expensive, but you can really collaborate and help yourself with the common trainers. The place looks a bit clumsy and needs cleanliness and maintenance work.

I have an excellent experience with Talwalkar Gym at Goregaon west. Equipment are well maintained. My personal trainer Dilip is good, knowledgeable and accommodate my busy schedule . Gym can improve on air condition though; sometime it is really hot inside.
