You should really improve with your customer service quality. Leave alone the issues of the device, the person answering calls has no patience to listen to the customer. Very upset with this service.

To likely customers of Samsung. please do not buy any product of Samsung. I have brought a TV and Fridge from this company , with numerous calls made, till date i am still looking for some god forsaken engineer to install the same. This is the status on purchase, god help the customers when your product invariable face problem. Its guaranteed your life will be made miserable by the Samsung company service center during the warranty / guarantee period. The good part of them is that their call center staff has to bear the brunt. Once again large company has large internal problem and thats the reason small customer like me in ignored / negleted
