Got my hands on a huge spread of TCK and man, the food is absolutely gold over here. Loved the packing. None of the dishes dripped, lost their balance inside the box or anything like that. Got a meal for 3 people which had. Paneer Kalimiri - What a lovely dish this is. Soft paneer grilled and marinated in pepper. Just awesome. Dal Makhani - Another North Indian beauty on my plate. You have to try this dal. Quite nice. Veg Jalfrezi - Highlight dish. This dish had the perfect blend of sweet, tangy and spicy. The only important thing in the Jalfrezi is that the veggies need to be cooked properly and these guys nailed it. Paneer Butter Masala - This is obviously a non spicy dish. I love PBM, so it turned out to be a good one for me. So all the above epicness was accompanied with Jeera Rice and Parathas. Loved their green chutney. :)
