i am using 9700 bold , last 1 month its trackpad is not functioning , i went to 5 different service centers in mumbai , all technicians want to 2 days for repair, last i went to mashood shopping centre , i got it repair in 15 minutes in front of me and very reasonable charge . i bought some accessories like car charger, desktop charger,holster,, headphone with remote all are genuine and very reasonable , very good service , keep it up thank you . recommended

I wanted to gift my husband a Blackberry so called Masood Shopping Center after reading thier reviews. I met Mr. Sainu yesterday and he was very helpful. He understood from me what exectly my husbands use would be and then suggested which one to buy. I also learnt in the conversation that they offically supply and service Blackberrys for many corporate houses. And proof enough, he was fixing a Blackberry and the customer sounded quite pleased. That convinced me, knowing if anything went wrong, i wouldnt have to hunt for a service center. Thank you Mr. Sainu
