A message for Shweta and the others: 1- do not give up and check if the RTI offices in Bandra can help with manufacturing defects 2- approach several newspapers 3- do not let them get away with your hard earned monies ever as they have no right 4- channel your anger into positive action 5- get resourceful 6- take photos of hydraulics, bloating etc 7- do not let them get away with it. Find out both Owners and Management teams

Had a horriffic experience at Mahim outlet. At first they were really good showing everything well. But as soon as we finalised everything & the final payment was made they started behaving really weird. They even stopped picking up our calls & delivered the stuff after 2 months of final payment. Even that was damaged at first they said they will change but used all sorts of delaying tactics. After 2 weeks they informed us that since tghe furniture was delivered it was our problem & they wont do anything about it. Never recommend for anyone. Worst store.
