Government should not have any office where they expect citizens to visit. Everything should be digital. In this office, I still fail to understand why citizens has to visit which they cannot do it online? Observation 1: The Project Name in the Drop down is not listed in Alphabetical order , also it does have the RERA Registration number displayed in the drop down. Suggestion 1: We need to start the drop down with the Project Registration Number OR It should be listed Alphabetically Observation 1: Website does not have an option to search for the Project just by entering the Project Registration Number. Only an experienced person can choose all the details from the drop down and then can get the Project Details. Sometimes, the village name mentioned are incorrect. Suggestion 2: Please enable search directly by entering Project Registration Number.

I am very happy that Rera site is a eye opener for those people who believe in Builders who are habitual promise makers to their customer.Rera is really a great tool. Thanks Maharashtra govt

Registered projects have to be located through a tedious process. Will be helpful if one can put developers name and project location to get all registration details. Further in view of the intended transparency hope RERA will make all duly registered complaints visibe to all thus helping the affected buyers.

Very poor navigation. I am not able to get the project details. Its so confusing to know the the district. How does one know that Mumbai projects do fall under Konkan region? There is no Taluka in Mumbai other than Andheri, Kurla etc. How does one search a project in Goregaon? Pathetic site and citizen unfriendly. A typical govt website managed by compulsion than need

I tried to contact RERA by given number but nobody picked up the phone. I wanted to know how to raise complaint against the builder who has not registered the project under RERA. The complaint form on RERA site , the registration number is mandatory field. Kindly help me on this. I have booked a flat three years back and did not get possession yet.

Poorly designed & programmed sections when it comes to search for projects, especially not having them in alphabetical order. Either no one thought about this or have done this on purpose to just make life difficult for the visitor. Have also written twice to their helpdesk email , and got a totally irrelevant templated response. I guess very typical of the way things are run in the country, with the "chalta hai" attitude.
