viz Amazing videosHired a one way taxi from them for various routes over the past month. These places included Mumbai to Surat taxi service and Mumbai to nashik. It has been a smooth and hassle free experience. Reading the reviews helped in deciding to choose them. Praj SWe hired taxi from oneside for our travel from mumbai to pune. Booking process was smooth. We were disappointed about the condition of Innova car that we got. It was very old and for sure not less than 3 yrs old as mentioned on the site. Even though car is old it should be decent looks wise. Since we had more luggage , innova was our only choice. If nice car is not available, plz clearly inform customers with sharing a picture that way there is a transparency and right expectations.

Sandeep HessaI have used their services often for Udaipur- Ahmadabad and Jaipur to Delhi. Their services are good and they handle everything responsibly. It happened one or two times that the assigned driver did not show up But they were quick enough to assign another vehicle and even provided a discount for the delay. For me they have been the most reliable taxi service people. Wish they had local point to point for these prices.
