I am currently using gold 1 plan which should give 10mbps till 30gb and then 1mbps unlimited and i am getting 1.5mbps for 30gb and 110-140kbps unlimited and they will do nothing about ur problem + the instalation charge which is non refundable.... dont go for this company under any condition

I go their office every month before my renewal date to pay and still every month I have to beg to those people to activate my connection for which I have PAID for. HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE

Very poor service. As per my package, I should get 10 Mbps speed, however I am getting only 2-3 Mbps speed. I called them several times to fix this problem, but the technician visits after one or two weeks. I was getting high speed upto 9 Mbps in the first month but later it decreased drastically. I had a good expectation with this ISP as they are providing fibre optic connection, but finally had to switch to BSNL Broadband.
