The staff is not co-operative. They treat the customers as if we are in a government office to get some work done. You feel like a begger asking for service. Had a bad experience with the gentleman at the counter. Immediately closed my account the same day. The employees needs to understand the professional service the other banks are offering in this competitve market. If you want your bank to out perform in this competitive market, you need to work on your communication skills and need to improve your behavior with the customers.
