Pathetic place. No proper system. The few directions and signs they have are only in hindi or marathi. Small parking area. Rude staff. The main RTO office in civil lines is way better

This office is defunct and is in shambles since past several months.The software is not in order..hence duplicate Licence/RC docs/learning licenses are not issued for several months.No one respondes on office phone..very sorry Afair.. General public is put to lot of hardship and inconvenience Higher authorities should urgently investigate and take proper action

The office staff is actually very much rude. They juat do not care about any citizen they just know their break timing and talk to the civilians in a very rude manner just like they have paid us money to come there....I actually want to make a complaint against the staff..
