The quality of the work done does not matter if the customer walks out furious and insulted. I visited the store on 9th Aug, 2017. I had an urgent need of a glass frame to be packed properly so that it is safe for travel. Firstly they denied to give a bill when i insisted he gave me bill which was written on his notepad, I again requested him to give a stamp over it atleast, he again denied, secondly they charged me 500 bucks just for packing seeing my urgency and need, last to top it all the manager (in his 50s+) was extremly rude when I agreed to pay the amount i asked him to proceed. He gave it to the storehelper and told him to just bubble warp it and keep it in a box. I overheard the conversation and said Please do not just bubble wrap put it in a box and with some foam or somthing around it. He took the frame and put it in front of me and said "take it away, we dont want to do it. You told us what you want then again you are telling us what to do." Its was extremly insulting I have never seen a store manager behaving like this to the shop keeper especially if a customer is telling their worries, i had a fear just bubble wrap may make it break. This is the first and the last visit for me. They do not even deserve a 1 star.
