Rishikesh Motors Suzuki (WORKSHOP)- Worst experience. 1st bad experience- Received bike with the scratch.But advisors helped to solve the issue(eventhough it was done by black paint which was available only after 3-4 days). Still to get a scratch on the new bike hurts. 2nd bad experience- At my first servicing, i was told to receive my bike over phone as it was considered my bike was serviced and ready.But when i reached there i found my bike was not ready,even test drive was not done.They made me wait for an Hour.There was no co-ordination among workshop officials.Thus led to delay.Thus i missed my important meeting. The scenario looked like the advisors were overloaded. Pros- Behaviour of advisors is professionals. (Two stars are only for this otherwise i would give zero to their workshop )
