I had a very bad experience here. The owner of the place did not give my pre-ordered game on time. Actually he gave me 1 month late. He did this twice. Moreover, he sold me the game with a price much higher than the mrp. Even more, he did not give me a receipt which was outrageous. Argued with him, but he did not budge. Said it was a Dubai copy and all rubbish. I will never deal with him again. Worst customer service.
