Rippon SinghThey have lot of IT issues .My boquet order placed on their website for which I paid upfront did not reach them.Out of the blue I decided to call them on the numbers mentioned on website after 2 days.After multiple calls someone responded and confirmed they had not received the order and I had to send the details on WhatsApp. The boquet for which I paid INR 699 was a 20 Gebaras but actually boquet delivered only contained only 15 Gebaras. The extra star I gave for is only because they responded to my call and delivered the order If I would not have called or stopped making multiple attempts to call I would have not known that they have not received the order They have no quality control
