Abhijit PatilCars are well maintained. Service is ok, there is scope to improve. Cars are always availabe, for last min need. Charges are a bit higer but I never seen them refuse boooking which is big relief for many needy ppl.

Amit BadvarAlways confirm your booking 2-3 times before reaching to airport or before start of your travel. They are good in canceling your pick up at last minute n you end up in frustration after your journey. also you can expect rude behavior from their uneducated staff at the time of booking.

Thing in 1rs. If u can not and service is really good i am travelling 4 ot 6 times a year just with the help of kk ...

ankur rathiBooked 6pm Cab from Nashik to Mumbai International airport. During booking they never ask for number of luggage. When I boarded there were 2 other passengers and there was no place to put luggage in the car. There was 1 more pick-up still left. The company head office asked the driver to adjust luggage and passenger however possible. The driver literally put the luggage between driver and front passenger seat causing difficultly in shifting the gear. Highly risky. The passenger in backseat had to adjust luggage on their lap throughout 4.5hrs till Mumbai. Worst customer service ever.. Not the way a corporate company performs business. I would never suggest anyone to use KK Travels service.
