Kulwinder SinghOne of the best Coffee / Tea Shops that I have ever visited and I think I was looking for such an outlet from a very long time. Let me get more specific with my review. This outlet is right next to Cafe Coffee Day which I have been visiting for almost 5 years and I happened to visit this cafe accidentally because CCD was shut. My review and rating is basis my 3 visits and on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best. Staff & Service: 5, I think this is the key to success for any business. The owners have very rightly chosen the staff who are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, Friendly and helpful. I met a gentleman and a female and both of them were equally good. They take really good care of their customer. It’s not only me who is saying this, I also saw other customers thanking them personally before leaving the cafe. Menu Options:4, While the menu options are limited but they are SO PERFECT for this café that it is one of the key reasons why people visit this café. Example: Ginger Tea (Very Authentic), Masala Maggie, Bun Maska etc. All the menu options are my favorite Food Taste: 4, Very good food. I would give a 5 for any tea that these guy serve but the only reason why I am giving a 4 is because I see a scope of improvement in some other things. Example: Bun Maska (It will be great if this can match the taste of Churchgate station bun maska) or Masala Maggie ( Match the taste of a typical masala Maggie that you get in college canteens) Hygiene and Cleanliness: 3, when I say 3, I mean It met my expectations. I didn’t notice anything outstanding and hence this rating but no complaints at all. Interior: 5, This is another point of attraction. Simple and Apt. Please do see the pics I have put. I personally love this kind of interiors. Pricing: 5, As compared to any other Café I have visited, I am very happy with the pricing. Areas of improvement: 5, The only area of improvement (May not be feasible at this time) that I can think of is - Increase the Café Window so that it opens at 8 am and probably closes at 12 am Overall: 4, I would like to thank the owners for opening this café and hiring such great staff. Keep up the good work.
