Quite, pleasant, affordable place to live. But no direct road access needs some off-roading to reach here. Its near to rabale lake. Nice playground nearby.

For owners its good.Better try to ignore as tenant,people had suffered with dengue(Health is imp right ?).No transportation,no ola and uber pickup facility.NO street light nit .Genuinely speaking for rent its waste,completely isolated .Try to reach Kumkumpark after 6.30 pm either single or with family, then ur self will decide not to come .Opp there is pond ,its adda for drinker in the night. no events and celebration in festivals.rainy season is the most panic area.U have to go by walk with full of mud .1-2 km radius there is no provision strore
