Calling them every weekend from past one month they are not sending any one.want to take a new connection.mushkil se jab ek do bar call laga to bolte h ha bhejte h.koi nahi aaya.so unprofessional. monopoly b aisi ki area baat k rakha h..now what other options i have instead of this bakwas ashish cable ?? Any suggessions ?

I wish there was less than 1 star. I wonder why do the even exist and not out of business already.. the worst customer service ever!!

I have been old customer but service has deteriorated drastically....not a single phone is reachable for issue...my family people have given up watching their favorite TV shows due to settop box technical issue and difficult for me to personally go to office due to busy schedule...... switching to other service..

local teams behaviour was very much bad and not supportable, also they didnt give service properly, all fault was local team and them work attitude. Local team not eligible for even 1star

Not at all happy with the your service as it frequently get disconnected & wont connect for the next 24 hrs. While try to connect to local operator they are not responding.Kindly improve your service otherwise will lost your customers.
